How can I start my own hedge fund?
I have about 2 years experience trading. I have been working as a trader at a prop firm for about a year – but it barely pays the bills, and I want something a little more rewarding, and best way to use my skills.
I do best trading longer term position – which I dont have enough saved up to trade these alrge amounts. Instead a traded in a demo account – futures options and stocks all real time and made a 500% return in about half a years time.
Please let me know how I can get started. Please do not use this info to knock on my lack of experience. I may be young but I am very bright and have learned a lot about trading and the markets.,I just would like to know how I can get clients or anything else I need to do. I come from a dirt poor family and my prop trading profits so far only go towards my rent and bills and other things in NYC. Thanks.
I am not looking to start up a huge fund. only a few million and a handful of clients at best. small by hedge fund standards.
The hardest part is raising capital. You’d have to do some serious networking. There are people who help start-ups raise capital you may want to try to contact. However, given your lack of experience it may be difficult to convince anyone to give you money. That’s why you don’t see a lot of teenagers or 20-somethings with hedge funds. Other than capital contact a lawyer who can set up the LLC.

Monopoly Tycoon $3.79 Monopoly Tycoon is, put simply, a marriage between the classic board game and the city-building aspects of Sim City. It’s an idea that shouldn’t work as well as it does. Licensed games usually don’t take risks, and that’s what makes this one quite brilliant. Instead of churning out a quick Monopoly-related cash-in, Deep Red has dared to take Monopoly concepts and use them to make a fun, uniqu… |

They were big on action, hits, fighting, and hat tricks, but quite small on niceties such as realism. That was forgivable when gaming was new… |
