What is the best online stock trading website for a beginning-level trader?

I’m looking to start trading very lightly online, very low volume trading just to gain experience before moving to more intermediate level trading. I’m a finance undergrad at the moment, and am really interested in trading options as far as buying calls or puts go. So if there are any recommendations as far as what site(s) are best for equity and option trading for beginners, I’d appreciate any listings. Thank you.
