Stock Trading Course

Do colleges or any learning place offer stock trading or investment courses?

These classes are often offered as one-day non-credit classes by adult schools which are conducted by high school districts, especially in affluent areas where the residents have money which they want to learn how to invest. I attended one. The content was OK, but the instructor was a professional investment adviser and ended the class by advertising her services with an offer of a free consultation in her office. I made and kept an appointment out of curiosity, but I had no intention of paying her five per cent of every mutual fund she wanted to sell to me.
